2 . It is important for you to know your total cholesterol and how it is affecting your health .Maintain a proper balance of low levels of  LDL and high levels of  HDI. 

3 .Fats from vegetables source will never have cholesterol .

4 . Polyunsaturated fats and Monounsaturated fats are known to decrease bad cholesterol

5 . Heart disease due to high blood cholesterol is curable but better avoidable.
