SKIN CARE NEEDS

Your skin s  basic needs are the minimum daily regimen steps for all skin types.Everyone s skin is unique and hence the regime needs to be customized to specific skin type and concerns. Broadly it is :

REPAIR
Repair the damage caused by UV rays,pollution , life style -related stresses etc. by using scientifically proven and effective skin rejuvenating treatments..

PROTECT
 1. From UV rays by liberally using at least SPF 15 good sunscreen , 15 mins before going out in the sun and reapplying every 3 hours.
2. Drink at least 3 ltrs of water and use a suitable moisturizer on slightly damp skin at least twice a day.
NOURISH
1. With diet rich in anti-oxidants - fruits and vegetables, e.g oranges,berries grapes, carrots etc.
2. With omega-3 fatty acids a good source would be grilled fish for non-veg and flax
seeds for the vegetarians ..........................
