INGRINGREDIENTS FOR A LONG LIFE

Longevity may come down to four key factors : not smoking, moderate drinking(no more than two drinks a day), at least five servings of fruit and vegetables a day, and keeping active. that s according to a UK study of more than 20000 people aged 45 to 76 who were surveyed about their health habits. Participants scored one point for each of the four health behaviours. Almost 11 years later, those who scored all four were four times less likely to have died than those with none of the behaviours. The researchers found the healthy habits effectively added 14 years to the lives of participants. Although the study only examined mortality rather than quality of life , the results show that small changes to your lifestyle can make a big improvements in your HEALTH............................................
