CHICKEN Satay with Peanut Sauce !

How to make :

Ingredients

1 tsp ginger juice.
Half kg boneless chicken breast.
2 tsp soya sauce
2 tsp lime juice
2 tsp sesame oil
1 level tsp corn flour.

Cut the chicken in long strips and marinate with a mixture  of soya sauce ,lime source and sesame oil,ginger juice and corn flour for an hour .Then thread on bamboo skewers.
Cook the chicken under a preheated grill for 4-5minutes on each side and keep basting with the marinade.Serve with the peanut sauce immediately.

Note:The bamboo skewers should be soaked in water overnight to prevent burning during grilling.This sauce cannot be frozen.

PEANUT  Sauce
You need:

100 gms roasted  peanuts,3 spring onions chopped ,1 cup water ,2 tbsp honey.1 tbsp light soya sauce ,4 cloves garlic,salt to taste,one tsp red curry  paste,2 tbsp coconut cream .Combine all ingredients  except coconut cream in a blender  and blend till smooth .Put in a pan and cook over medium heat for 3-4 minutes or till the sauce thickens .Cool ,and add coconut cream.


note: tbsp- table spoon.
