TAKE VITAMINS IF .....

Healthy  people who eat well don't need multivitamin pill except vitamin D (especially if you don't get enough sunshine), you might need vitamin supplements if ---

* You are a women of reproductive age and plan to have a baby.

* You are pregnant  

* There is a malnutrition(in the case of domestic helpers ,for instance who may work for you,or their children)

*There is no balanced diet 

* Your child is a poor eater (and maybe at a boarding school or hostel )

* You are ill or recovering
